jUDO definition - the way of gentleness.
Judo is the National Sport of Japan and the 3rd most practiced sport in the world behind soccer and cycling. It has been an Olympic sport since 1964. The study and practice of judo develops muscle endurance training, overall body strength development, hand/eye coordination, balance, flexibility, and confidence in any self defense or competitive sport situation.
Judo will teach you and your child: awareness in the act of falling, take down techniques and defense, ground immobilization and escape.
